Pea Vining Group is looking for someone to assist their Field Manager.

You must have a full UK driving licence and be physically fit. The role involves taking samples, walking and gathering information of the peas and taking them to Eyemouth for sampling/testing.

A van will be provided and the working hours are from 7am-2pm 7 days a week (some flexiblilty can be arranged). This is a temporary position running from the beginning of July to the 2nd week in September.

The area covered is from North Northumberland to the Edinburgh City Bypass with the base in Eyemouth.

Good rates of pay available.

Cefetra Grain is looking for a Store Operator for its Charlesfield site.

Duties will include loading and unloading product, checking machines are maintained, checking incoming trailers are complying with site procedures, keeping the stores clean and tidy as well as weighbridge duties when required.

These are full time positions, five days a week, 8am-5pm. Overtime available during harvest period.

Full UK driving licence essential. A shovel loader ticket would be useful but training can be provided.

Cefetra Grain is looking for two Engineer Assistants – located at either its Charlsfield and Ormiston sites.

Duties will include assisting the engineering team to carry out preventative maintenance tasks, equipment preparation, installation of grain elevators, conveyors etc and helping troubleshoot malfunctions. Safety compliance with protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE is essential.

These are full time positions, five days a week, 8am-5pm. Overtime available during harvest period.

Candidates should have some experience, or a keen interest, in engineering.

Full UK driving licence essential. Additional training can be provided.
